- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify ROI on futuristic initiatives through data-driven modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Proficiency with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, SWOT-PESTLE)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into business narratives
- Experience with agile development and product lifecycle management
