Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation initiatives and market entry strategies
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to build adaptive business models
- Produce trend reports and white papers synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot program execution
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience publishing in industry journals or speaking at global innovation forums
