Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and socio-economic factors impacting 2026+ industries
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven scenario planning
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into development lifecycles
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and patent applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, nanotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
