Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and global megatrends to inform 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive future scenario models for business continuity and opportunity identification
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact strategic foresight reports and executive presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into tangible product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in tech-driven organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or published foresight work
