Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks that position our organization at the convergence of innovation domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive futures across industries
- Translate foresight insights into executable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Build and mentor a network of futurist thought leaders across global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Champion ethical innovation practices while navigating complex technological disruption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for multi-year transformation initiatives
