Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing product concepts
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on industry transformation trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
