Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify future market disruptions
- Translate futuristic insights into actionable R&D roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to validate future-viable concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership pieces on future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of disruptive technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience advising C-suite on innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
