Responsibilities
- Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives to map 3-5 year technological and societal evolution horizons
- Develop future-proof strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Curate and interpret global trend signals from scientific, economic, and cultural domains
- Design organizational resilience strategies for disruptive scenarios
- Mentor emerging futurists through Horizon Labs' Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier industry publications
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with $50M+ impact metrics
