- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive-level trend reports and disruption assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Design predictive models for workforce evolution and skill development in 2026
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Advortise organizational resilience strategies against systemic risks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years strategy experience
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation ecosystems
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 settings
