Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead high-impact pilot projects exploring next-gen business models and customer experiences
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Champion design thinking methodologies to prototype and validate future concepts
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in complex environments
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
