Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients using trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps addressing 2026 market disruptions
- Design and implement scenario planning models for geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic shifts
- Produce executive-level insights reports synthesizing complex data into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through proof-of-concept pilots and ROI modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and adaptive leadership principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio demonstrating complex concept translation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
