Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Tech Review and similar platforms
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor committees
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with specialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AGI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or white papers (provide samples)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
