- Produce foresight reports on climate-tech convergence and human-machine collaboration
- Advise on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital identity evolution
- Build cross-industry coalitions for sustainable innovation in the post-2025 economy
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level future-strategy frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
