Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, neurotech) to predict market shifts through 2026
- Develop future-proof strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital team to evaluate next-gen startups and acquisition targets
- Produce trend reports and scenario plans for executive decision-making
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor innovation teams in future-oriented design thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex visualization capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term innovation strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech innovation publications
- Advanced degree in strategic management, technology forecasting, or related field
