- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their competitive implications
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track emerging ecosystem signals
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and technology adoption curves
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
