Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for technological disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable strategies for product development and market entry
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and emerging technology assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through disruptive innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
