Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for investor and partner communications
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities in emerging sectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven future-planning impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains (articles, whitepapers)
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
