You'll be the catalyst for breakthrough initiatives that redefine industry standards and create unprecedented value for our stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-ready mindsets across departments
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects with exponential growth potential
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
