Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with long-term strategic vision
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and innovation pipeline maturity
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
