This hybrid role combines deep analytical rigor with creative storytelling to turn complex futures into actionable roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation sectors
- Design scenario planning frameworks for enterprise clients facing disruptive futures
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready business models
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Curate quarterly Future Horizons Summits featuring Nobel laureates and tech pioneers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executive communication
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Mapping, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations driving measurable business impact
