Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 50+ industries to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Design innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops using scenario planning and trend synthesis methodologies
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT and Singularity University
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining external speaking engagements at global forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry disruption frameworks implemented by enterprise clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Gartner, Forrester, or custom AI models
