Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future opportunities and risks
- Translate complex futures research into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies and disruptive trend analysis
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of global innovation ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact of futures research on business outcomes
