Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D roadmap and shape the next generation of breakthrough products.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities (2026-2030 horizon)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neurotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published author or recognized industry speaker on future trends
