Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning for 2026+ market evolution
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into strategy
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Experience working in Fortune 500 or global tech enterprises preferred
