Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making and organizational transformation

- Establish Horizon Labs' thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and competitive analysis matrix
- Mentor junior futurists and build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
