Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify potential disruptions and opportunities post-2025
- Analyze global data streams (patent filings, academic research, policy changes) to detect emerging patterns
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-viability of emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and client summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong command of quantitative data analysis tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
