Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize future-focused solutions with 18-36 month timelines
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry roundtables
- Manage cross-functional task forces implementing future-proofing initiatives across global operations
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record developing corporate strategy frameworks for 2025+ horizons in tech or Fortune 500
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI ethics, climate adaptation tech, neuro-interfaces
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or advanced innovation methodologies
