Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) and synthesize actionable strategic insights
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for disruptive technologies in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on market disruption vectors and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Advanced degree in technology, futurism, business strategy, or related field
