Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-focused initiatives and transformation priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and deploy scenario-planning frameworks to help organizations navigate uncertainty and disruption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and competitive analysis ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale transformation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
