Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic indicators to shape 2026+ innovation frameworks
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
