- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership content published in top-tier industry journals
- Build and maintain an AI-powered foresight platform using machine learning for trend prediction
- Represent the firm at global innovation summits and futures conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published author in foresight or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
