Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry developments through 2030
- Develop and present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead innovation sprints and design thinking workshops to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Create and maintain a comprehensive future intelligence database and trend monitoring system
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven trend platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives
