Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast market disruptions and identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite priorities and emerging industry standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking methodologies and future-proofing frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Credibility with executive audiences through high-stakes presentations and thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or relevant technical field
- Certification in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
