Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities and threats
- Produce trend intelligence reports and scenario simulations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI-powered analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures clearly
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Global mindset with experience in cross-cultural trend analysis
