Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce trend briefings and scenario-planning reports for executive stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-level leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-to-market initiatives
