Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI ethics, climate adaptation, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-ready business models and product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complexity into strategy
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and knowledge management systems
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
