- Architect pilot programs for next-generation technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations within 18-month cycles
- Deliver strategic briefings to boards and investors on future market landscapes
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Published research on emerging technologies or future-shaping methodologies
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 3 years
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) or equivalent
