Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive leadership teams
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with future consumer and business needs
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to integrate future trends into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic innovation outcomes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
