Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish forward-looking trend reports and innovation frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable futures
- Facilitate cross-industry symposia with Fortune 500 partners to shape collaborative innovation ecosystems
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling visual narratives and strategic recommendations
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Oversee the implementation of 'Future Proof' initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ industry-disrupting foresight projects
