Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market gaps
- Produce annual 'Future Forward' reports with data-driven scenarios and actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Represent the company at global forums like Davos and Web Summit as a thought leader
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with 2020+ foresight focus
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Strong network in Silicon Valley, EU innovation hubs, and Asian tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
