Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum) and societal impacts
- Create scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future readiness and innovation
- Produce executive briefings on 2026 technology and workforce trends
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership on exponential change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Published author or speaker on future trends (TED, WEF, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi techniques
