Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and product teams
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-vision narratives to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies across global teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or tech consulting
- Published work on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Scenarios)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects
- Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
