Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026+ solutions
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptor patterns across industries
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-ready strategies into business operations
- Curate and lead executive workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Produce forward-looking scenario planning reports for key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
