Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and competitive advantage in exponential markets
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Produce executive briefings and thought leadership content on future-of-work implications
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for organizational adoption
- Lead global trend-sensing networks to identify white-space opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futures.io or similar institution)
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research outputs or innovation frameworks
