Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends in technology, economics, and culture to forecast opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation products and services
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact and track progress
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future insights into development lifecycles
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Published work or speaking engagements in futurism or innovation spaces
