Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities

- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
