Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Build proprietary trend-tracking models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-viability of emerging technologies
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications and speak at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
