- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing 2030 challenges
- Build global networks of futurists, VCs, and academic institutions to scout breakthrough innovations
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product development strategies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all organizational layers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of exponential tech trends (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level experience presenting complex future scenarios to C-suite
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future scenarios
