Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological convergence signals to produce 5-10 year horizon forecasts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate frontier technologies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of forecasting and validating high-impact trends
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Published author or speaker on future-shaping technologies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
