Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
- Design resilience strategies for geopolitical and climate volatility impacts
- Present futures insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into R&D priorities and product innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable outcomes
